AC was so loud and wasn’t working properly that we weren’t able to sleep well. Mattress was not comfortable. There’s nothing special about the amenities for ~$300 nightly price. It’s an old lodge and there aren’t investments on renovations to upkeep customer satisfactions. We got ‘vip perks’ that is only free of 1 drink per guest, which is a can of soda / beer.

The room was well-appointed with modern touches and the lodge is convenient to the historic seaport. Housekeeping was efficient and timely. Sky (the innkeeper) had excellent local restaurant recommendations.

We have been to Key West for 3 consecutive years and stayed at a different place each time. Fitch Inn by far has been the best place we have stayed while staying on budget. Close to Duvall and Seaport

About the only good thing I can say about my stay was the concierge staff, everything else was inadequate. The rooms are right on a very noisy Street They are small and unaccommodating. While I understand the place is historic It was exposed wires in the room that were controlling the lights and God knows what else they hit you for $45 a day amenity fee but where are the amenities it's not free Wi-Fi if you're charging me an amenity fee for it and the swimming pool was microscopic I 10x20 ft at best and it was always dirty The cleaning staff was rude and remiss they left the room dirtier than when they found it I would definitely have to take a pass on this

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved how the staff brought fresh towels to our door every day without asking, cleaned the room and made our bed every day. The bagged breakfast available every morning in the office was also quite enjoyable! The pool was extremely clean and the perfect temperature. Honestly, the only downfall of the inn is its proximity to Duval. We rented a scooter for the week and it was perfect. Plenty of off street scooter parking by Fitch.
