These staff need a little bit more training. We were directed to the wrong floor for our room and it was a little frustrating because we had all of our luggage going up and down the stairs only to find out we were on the completely wrong floor of the building, but were told that we were on the bottom floor. Also, we were awoken early one morning to a very loud phone conversation outside at 8 AM by one of your staff. I just thought that was a little bit rude and not really appropriate for work. You could hear the conversation from the top floor as they were on the ground having the phone conversation. You could see other guests having the same reaction as we did. The amenities were fantastic and the rooms were quite perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. The grounds were beautiful and I just couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. The pool was fantastic and big!!

The property is fine, but people should be reminded that it is literally about 100 feet from the Key West Airport and can be noisy. The closest beach is about a mile down the road and the Duval area is about 4 miles away. The views from the property are very nice and the facility appears to br well maintained. Good for families.

The room was very clean, and spacious. It fit our family of six perfectly. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Employees were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool and all of the games they had to offer pool side. There was lots of seating around the pool. Tables, beach chairs, loungers, swings facing the ocean, and a hammock. My favorite part was the little restaurant they have pool side. Super kind workers. Everything we tried was delicious. The drinks were amazing. Yes, it is next to the airport and you hear some planes a few times daily. Which didn’t bother my family at all. If we went back to Key West 100% we’d be staying here

The staff was amazing and attentive. The resort is beautiful and very well-equipped. We were captivated by the heated infinity pool, and the view of the ocean is incredible.
