There were roaches in the rooms. It was difficult to get in touch with them or to get them to call back. Very limited parking & tight to squeeze into. They had no trash bags available. The people in the office didn’t really act like they cared about anything. The girl just stared at me & said OK when I told her about what we experienced. The master bath had not been cleaned. There was a plastic razor cover in the shower on the floor. The king bed had long black hair in the bed when I moved the extra pillows to go to sleep. Overall it was very disappointing.

Good location in Key West on the east side of the island. About a 3 mile drive to the action near Duval street. Was nice to have the extra space and amenities rather than a regular hotel room. We had the 2 bedroom and had plenty of space. It was 2 beds upstairs and 2 baths a living room, kitchen and balcony (ours overlooked the pool). Only complaint I had was one night a neighboring unit was running their bass all night but otherwise I will definitely come back.

Really spacious accommodations, two truly separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully appointed kitchen, generous dining area, smallish balcony. The sink in one bathroom didn’t drain, I spoke to the desk and was promised it would be fixed later that day. It was never looked at. Location is quiet, but far away from the Duval st action.

The property was nice. I was disappointed there was not any maid service. One evening we came back to the room and they had been in the room to change 2 lamps......why this happened not sure. Left a message after hours and then called during hours about our tv not working. Went to the desk and the girl had no idea what I was talking about. Not real impressed.

Grounds are well maintained, staff was friendly

The photos don’t do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised and overjoyed with the accommodations. The place is spacious and gorgeous...the layout perfect with 2BR/2Bath. The dock is an amazing location to watch the sunrise! Only downside check in is 4pm and check out 10am...an hour less on both sides than most places. When checking out we asked for a hour grace and the desk was kind enough to oblige.

The property Manager Jenny was not very friendly. The morning after our check in we asked for Sheets for the pull out couch as there were three of us and the first night my son had no sheets thankfully he brought a pillow and blanket. When we asked Jenny came out of her office by putting her foot down hard on the ground with hand on her hip with a sassy attitude BARKED how can I help? When I told her what I needed she didn’t even apologize and told us it will be taken care of although she clearly didn’t care. Other than Jenny the place was nice, close to another marina in case they are full. Well, except for the pool that is more like a hot tub not a cool pool.

Swimming pools were fine. There was no maid service during my stay. Had to strip the bed, do dishes, and take out garbage before leaving. I was not told about this before making the reservation. I never would have stayed there if I knew this.

Tremendous stay. Great location and property. Two pools, awesome bar on the dock! Really enjoyed everything about the Coconut Mallory.

We lived the location. Close to everything. Loved having 2 pool options.

nothing as i did not stay there. i tried to cancel my reservation when i could not add and extra day, and i did so within 12 hours and it was denied. orbitz did nothing and the place would not even talk to me.

Stayed here many times. The condos are nicely appointed and it on the quiet side of the island. Pool jacuzzi and marina boat bar excellent. Check in staff person Noni is fantastic and is very helpful. Love the bar too !

Horrble customer service. Recption would rather talk to each other about thete credit on credit karma and discuss there life problems than help customers.

We loved Jenny. She was exceptional 8n every way! All of the staff were 0olite and accommodating.
