The staff greeted us with a smile checked us in and gave us recommendations for places to eat along with a map. The main room had both a formal sitting area and a lounging area that appeared to be recently renovated and looked over a pretty garden. Our room was large and had a nice shower. Beds and pillows a bit hard but seems to be the norm in Ireland. In the morning we were greeted with a wonderful traditional Irish breakfast. So basically what I’m saying is if you wand a comfortable relaxing place to stay this is it.
Room is very small, but with as much as there is to do in Killarney I didn't spend much time in the room. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of restaurants, bars (and the Killarney Brewing Company), and shops in the area. Definitely would recommend
