Rating way too high

The main problem is the hotel is loud. The bed is far from the hall so no one can hear it but the adjacent rooms. Also the road and area was loud. I hate the soap dispensers, staff was ok just cold. Try hiring an actual hospitality person. Also the maid was annoying me to check out early. Didn’t sleep well either night due to loud neighbors thru the wall and loud music all day too.

Would stay again

The bed was noisy when sitting on the edge of the bed or moving during the night. Flooring in the room was upgraded to remove carpet and installed composite flooring. Very clean. Cleaning staff was seen mopping lobby and hallway early in the morning. Smelled clean even when we checked in previous evening.

Well kept and clean. Breakfast and service is great. The rooms are comfortable. The linens are fresh and heavy enough to keep warm without needing a heater. They have a small minimart stocked with travel essentials. The premises are generally quiet. The only improvement I would suggest is having some sort of privacy fence or bushes between the swimming pool and parking lot.
