Perfection at Ko’ Olina

The property was perfect. The separate rooms, wonderful sunlight entering the rooms, an outdoor area overlooking the pool, stocked for our visit and clean. The close proximity to walk along the shore, visit other resorts and walk to dinner made it a plus. This was our second visit to Oahu and was even better than our first trip. Communication was easy and response was prompt. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful & Spacious

We were in Hawaii for a high school graduation & to visit family. 7 adults stayed very comfortably for 9 nights. The condo was very spacious and clean. Spent a lot of time on the lanai. I do not believe the property is listed as handicap accessible, but my 92 yo father was able to use his walker easily in the condo and mobility scooter around the resort & walkways around the lagoons. The shower was the only part where he needed assistance, no grab bars, but we knew this ahead of time and was able to make do. If anyone has mobility issues or would like to see more but cannot physically walk that far, I highly suggest renting a mobility scooter. We pre-arranged ours to be dropped off & picked up at the front desk, but I believe they had one for rent at the desk. We took ours to Waikiki, zoo, north, east, & west shore, Aloha Stadium ..everywhere! This property was a perfect home base:)We did not spend much time at the pool area but it was beautiful and looked like a lot of fun for kids. We swam in the lagoons, which are very clean & well taken care of, and perfect for those who don’t like to swim in the open ocean with strong waves & currents. It was fun to walk around the tide pools. The location is great, good restaurants & shops, a short drive to Kapolei, easy to get to the train station (cannot wait for the expansion to the airport & Honolulu! excellent way to travel around, ie to the flea market at the Aloha Stadium). We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas holiday

Everything was great except the dishwasher was broken and didn’t work our entire stay, as well as the washer and dryer didn’t work well. Otherwise we really liked the condo and had a wonderful time.

Awesome

This place is so nice and the “private lagoon” was never busy and we loved it. The sunsets are to die for right in your backyard. Everything about this place was perfect. Probably the best place we have ever stayed on vacation. Highly recommend. Having Disney next door was cool, because you can go to the resort and restaurants and then get away from all the busyness back to our property to relax and chill.

Everything you will ever need

I couldn't have asked for anything more. First rate accommodations. Clean and comfortable. It was just as nice to hang out in the villa as it was at the beautiful lagoons or at the pool.

Ko Olina Beach Villas

This was our second consecutive year to stay here and it’s been amazing both times! The property and unit are amazing and everything is top notch! The entire process from booking through checkout was painless and everyone was very responsive and helpful. They even helped coordinate an Instacart order so the refrigerator was stocked when we arrived! This is quickly becoming our favorite vacation destination and we’ll definitely be back again!

Second trip to this complex. Absolutely stunning property with a selection of pools, spas and and gorgeous uncrowded lagoon. Beautiful spacious condo with glass doors opening to the deck (with a view). It had everything we needed and more- beach equipment and towels, etc. Would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful time. We loved Ko’Olina. The outside grounds and pools were beautifully maintained. Everyone was more than attentive and friendly. The only thing I can’t give 5 stars to is the overall cleanliness of our unit. It was dusty. The pots and pans needed to be washed one pan was burned on to the point of throwing it away. Cluttered with owner’s belongings. Remotes missing batteries. That being said we loved the location and would still recommend. I also believe that those few complaints may have been overlooked because previous vacationers may have failed to mention

Very pleasant stay

We spent a few very wonderful days in a beautiful environment. We didn’t miss nothing. The Appartement has everything you need to make your stay to a relaxing vacation. It’s a very good place to discover Oahu but still close to Honolulu. You definitely need a car but the appartment has a parking space included into the rental fee. There had been two pools kept in very good shape - on top only a few foot steps to the Ocean with a wonderful lagoon. All six of us enjoyed our time very much and can only highly recommend the Beach Villas.

Hawaii trip

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ko Olina beach villas. The location was perfect. Not to touristy and the beach was nice and quiet. I recommend if you stay here to use the service of Royal Hawaiian Beach Services at the lagoon. They were awesome and will take great care of you. Rob and his team were very attentive to your needs. We even used their surfing leason service at a nearby beach. Rob took our two boys out surfing and they had a blast. We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Oahu.

Beautiful and quiet property

Ko'Olina Beach Villas is a wonderful and quiet place for couples as well as families. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is attentive and friendly. The accomadations are clean, comfortable, and modern. We are a family of 5 and truly enjoyed our stay!!

Small changes would make a huge difference

The location of the parking space to the elevators we had to use was much too far. They need to re-assign all parking spaces so they make sense to how far you are walking. The kitchen pans were not non-stick, the coffee pot did not work and the A/C was not efficient to keep the unit cool. For the price and lack of view, it needs to be in better condition. The check-in process was extremely unorganized. We ended up taking our own bags and finding the unit on our own. I won't be back.

This property more than exceeded our expectations!

The condo size and layout was fantastic. The overall grounds of the property gave it a feel of an upscale resort. The beach area always had plenty of room without all the crowds of the mega-size hotels. It’s definitely a place to return to!
