Great Family Vacation

The property was just what we were looking for. The balcony looks out over the pool to the beach and has beautiful nightly sunset views. There was a wagon yo take beach chairs and everything you need for a fun relaxing beach day that’s just a few minutes away. And many restaurants in walking distance or everything you need if you wanting to stay at the villas and cook. We couldn’t be happier!

Wonderful family vacation in Ko O’lina

My family and I had a fantastic vacation and stay at the Ko O’lina Beach Villas! The unit was perfect for our family - comfortable and quiet bedrooms, open concept kitchen/dining/living room with great views of the property, lagoon and ocean (beautiful mountain and golf course views from the bedrooms as well). Multiple pool options, tiki bar and fitness center were hits for kids and adults. Ola Properties and their representatives were accessible, hospitable and very accommodating. We will definitely keep them and the property in mind for future visits! Mahalo

Ko Olina Beach Villas

This villa was very clean and spacious. Jordan with Ola Properties was wonderful - clear communication and a warm welcome when we arrived. The only issue we had was that the listing said we would be able to use the balcony outside of the hours of 8-4:30 and upon arrival, there was a sign taped to the sliding glass door that we could not use the balcony at all. This was extremely disappointing especially given the amount of money paid for 6 nights…no balcony usage at all to enjoy listening to the ocean and enjoy evening meals or relaxation time outside was a real bummer.

The Ko Olina Beach Villa was simply amazing! We loved everything about it, including the beautiful condo, the incredible Lanai balcony with fantastic views particularly of ocean and sunset, the great beach, the lovely grounds with pool and tons of Koi, and the friendly staff. The condo was clean and the kitchen completely stocked. We had a wagon for the beach with masks, snorkels, cooler, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach toys--everything we could need. The beach lagoon water and sand were perfect. The location was excellent with multiple nearby restaurants, long beach walking path, golf course, and luau at Paradise Cove. The sunsets from our balcony were indescribable. To our surprise we watched the rehearsals for American Idol next door at the Disney resort. What an unexpected treat! We had a perfect, relaxing vacation in paradise!
