Just a 5 minute drive, or 15 minute walk to KU medical, and a 10 minute drive to the Plaza, so a perfect spot for traveling nurses, interns, & med-students etc. Apartment includes high speed Google Fiber internet with speeds up to 1000 mbps, and off-street parking.

Close to fantastic food, coffee, and surrounded by arguably the best KC BBQ in town in the way of Joe's, Q39, and Slap's all of which are located within a 3, 6 , & 9 minute drive respectively.

Great place. Easy check in, host reached out prior and after check in to ensure there were no issues. Clean. Cozy. Quiet. Fast WiFi. Parking space. Can’t beat the location in proximity to downtown Annapolis. Perfect for short stays or, as I was, a remote business professional and with an extended stay. Would definitely stay again.

Rosedale Stay

I stayed at this property for the summer during an internship. The apartment was fully furnished so I did not have to bring many things other than my own belongings. I enjoyed the stay and was able to communicate easily with the property owner when I did have any issues. I would recommend.

Great location, has everything you need

Stayed here for a week while finishing up work before relocating. Check in process was easy, apartment has everything you need for short term. AC unit was kind of loud when running, but I got used to it after a few days. Outside of that, my stay was stress free.

Peaceful rental

April has been amazing with assisting me with check in process and provided quick response to any questions that I had. The rental unit was beautiful with plenty of amities any thing you could need was available for use. The area was quite and peaceful with nice friendly neighbors. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone that is looking to visit KC it’s close to all the major highways and places of interest. Thanks April!
