I was expecting an hotel that was somewhat updated. This property needs a lot of renovations. It really sucked finding out we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. Hot tub never worked the first night. The next day when it did work, the water had a gross smell to it. Morning breakfast ran out of food about 45 minutes before it closed and no food was refilled.

I should have listened to the reviews but we needed a last minute place to stay and the kids were excited about the waterslide. This place is a complete dump. The pool was beyond revolting and had green slime on the walls and stairs. We couldn’t let our kids go in it. When we opened our room’s door the entire door trim and latch came away from the wall. The property is so run down and there appears to be zero pride of ownership. Chipped paint, dirty common areas. We expressed our concerns to the front desk and received only a shrug, no apology. I can’t believe we were charged over $200 to stay here. We will never return. Owner: do better.

My colleague and I each had a room here. First off its incredibly dated. My room had hair in the bathroom and bath tub. My bed obviously hadn't had the sheet washed as there was a stain and more long black hair, pillowcases weren't washed either as its very easy to smell when white linnen has been washed with bleach. The pool and entire area was just plain gross. Hair hung up and blowing out of a jet in the barely warm hot tub. Pool was so stained with more hair floating around in it so I wouldn't even go in it. Sauna not working. Slide was fun at least. Parking isn't sufficient if the holtel is nearly booked. Continental breakfast was cold by 8am, not much selection, coffee was decent. The one plus was it was fairly quiet at night and good location. For a over $200 per night 1 bed room I would expect things to be clean especially the room and bed. First review I've ever left on a hotel and I've stayed at many, but felt inclined to this particular stay.

The pool area is disgusting. Green sludge on the stairs inside of the pool. Pool was filthy and murky from not being kept up properly. (I maintain pools) it needs a good clean. Smells like human feces and pee.
