This is a very old, tired and over-priced property. Ramada/Wyndham should be ashamed having this representing their brand! Would not recommend it to anyone. We were on the road and booked it quickly. Should have stopped for the night in Kamloops.

Room had only 1 available plug in and we have 5 devices that need overnight charging. One shampoo bottle of the 2 little ones was practically empty. Instructions from the desk clerk anout location of our room were lacking in needed detail, we had to go back and ask again after 10 minutes of searching couldn't find it. Included breakfast was good though the items could have been located in a more convenient order, seemed a bit haphazardly with no thought behind where they were set.

No water pressure, shower head/tub spout were both only about half functioning, 3 beds in the room and every one had a terrible sag, not cleaned well at all. To top it off, the pool was shut down for malfunction. We will not be staying here again.

Filthy dirty

Room was dirty. Filthy cloth chair. Looked like they picked it up on a corner . Bathtub had mold on it at top. The tiles had built up scum in the grout. The room was filthy. The weeds were 3 ft. tall in the front yard . Absolutely no curb appeal. Take it off your list it’s nasty. Looked like the bottom exterior room doors had been broken into.
