As usual front desk staff are just great. Room was very clean and I arrived early so had to wait for housekeeping finished. I was there before check-in time so expected to need to wait but the staff could not have been more courteous and helpful and put a rush on getting it ready. This hotel is always my place of choice when in Merrit

Staff were very friendly I must say. The rooms are so old, so run down and smelt like smoke in our room. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast and I am not that fussy, but the eggs tasted terrible. They didn't even taste like eggs and the sausages like same thing.

Pretty good stay at a decent off-season rate in mid November. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub jets and the sauna were not working, but the pool was nice! The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

The facility is run down. Water marks, stains, dust and broken items in room. When asking for assistance, the staff was abrupt, unfriendly and seemingly over worked for the number of people staying at the hotel. It was definitely not worth the price tag.

The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Affordable for a room with jaccuzi. Not too busy, parking was good. Breakfast in the morning was okay, smaller selection but still enjoyable, definitely needed Tim’s after. Will stay again!
