Must say on entering our room it was fab Tv in bathroom balcony over looking harbour . Mini bar all the luxurys of a high spec hotel . There street bar area down stairs with lots of outdoor heaters great . atmosphere great . Breakfast fab . Health spa fab . Hotel very clean Ect . They only thing I found strange . Was standing on my balcony in a spa robe in the middle of town , ididn't feel comfortable As everyone driving passed can see you 😱 Other than that definitely a 5 from me . Here's a couple of pics of your executive room health spa & breakfast room . By for now 😄👌
Had a lovely weekend here. The hotel is great, well placed in the town and good facilities. Lovely pool and spa. Staff were helpful, clean rooms with all amenities. Plenty of bars and food options. St Helier is lovely and even the weather was sunny. Will definitely return to Jersey!
We stayed in the penthouse for just 1 night. It is so luxurious, the hot tub just makes it! Fabulous, spacious suite, the bathroom is just perfect. All the little touches, drinks, fruit, flowers, well stocked mini bar.....wonderful views over town, perfect! Breakfast in the room was as good as it gets, fresh, hot, really well presented.
Excellent weekend, good facilities and the good was wonderful. All three restaurants were excellent. The hotel is busy at weekends and can be a little noisy. The spa is beautiful and the service is exceptional.
Rooms overlooking the sea are too noisy and my particular room was very cramped. The breakfast was good and other than reception staff were very polite and friendly but for overall comfort and quality there are better choices on the island.
This hotel is tremendous in every way. Our 4th time and we will be back. The staff and service are world class and the food is excellent. If finances permit the rooms with balconies are well worth it. The downstairs outside bar is also an excellent meeting place
A superb hotel. Every single member of staff was so professional, helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. The steak in The Grill was one of the best I have ever tasted. The chicken in The Zephyr was delicious and plenty of it. There was no porridge at breakfast but when I asked - they made me some immediately! The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet with everything you need. I recommend this hotel for business or leisure. Convenient taxi rank right outside.
Good location for St Helier, friendly and professional staff. Great food and selection, all tastes and atmospheres. Premium rooms have a balcony overlooking the marina/docks, maybe ask for a room higher up to get better sea views. Only minor issue was the hard bed. Wouldn't stop us returning.
Fantastic stay at the Royal Yacht. Staff were so attentive and facilities were superb. We were very fortunate with the weather and were able to sit on our balcony overlooking the harbour both evenings. The spa was beautiful and near enough empty both times we went ensuring we could utilise all facilities. Would definitely recommend! We will be back!
I stay here at least 4 times a year and it never disappoints. So convenient and the food quality is very good. You will be hard pressed to find a hotel as convenient and value for money. I'll be happy to stay here again.
