Very friendly staff. The only problem was that we had to pay a toll for the bridge to get there from Louisville and the free 2nd street bridge was closed for maintenance.

Loved the staff! Rooms were clean. Power went out on us and we were rushing to shower and get the hell out of the hot room!

WE DIDNT GET THE ROOM THAT WE BOOKED PILLOWS WERE LIKE SLEEPIN ON PILLOW CASES WITHOUT PILLOWS IN THEM BATH TOO SMALL WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A REFRIGERATER IN OUR BUT 1 WASNT PROVIDE ICE MACHINES WERE ALL EMPTY NOT A GOOD SELECTION ON FOOPD IN RESTRAUNT

Our beds were up against the wall where the elevators ran, was a very loud night with poor sleep. A fridge in this large of a room would be nice. The breakfast was terrific and the staff very friendly.

The room did not have a mini fridge in the room, which was disappointing. We were staying There forca spoting event for our disghrer and keeping healthy snacks and water bottles cool was important. The shower drain was clogged and the tub plug broken. I couldn’t turn the hot water faucet without two hands and a lot of effort. 4 staying in the room and they only ever left 3 towels. Had to ask for more each day. Light bulbs burnt out. The hotel had a musty moldy smell. For the price of this hotel I honestly expected much much more.

My girlfriend and I stayed her for a trip to Louisville. The hotel itself was nice, but there must have been a hundred kids staying there the weekend we were there. We wanted to use the hot tub, but it was filled with children every time we walked by. At one point - no lie - I counted 20 people in the pool area. Also, we wanted to use the fitness center and there was a guy in there just blasting some sort of Christian sermon at top volume - gross. None of this is really the hotel's fault, but I don't think I'd stay there again.

Came in at 9pm after 14 hours making sales calls. Was greeted by Emily with a very cute, warm smile. I told her I wanted the best room with the best bed and the best view and the best rate.. She took the initiative of putting me on the 9th floor with an incredible view of the river and Louisville skyline from the Indiana side. After a warm shower I was informed that not only was there a Hooters, but it was attached to the hotel!! Overall, Emily made it better than I could have expected. The room was amazing and I will definitely be staying here everytime I am in the Louisville area

Breakfast NOT included, it's $12.95 per person which is more than I could pay for better breakfast somewhere else. Even if you just want a cup of coffee to bring up to your room it's $3 which is ridiculous. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room which I haven't seen since the 90's. Aesthetically, the view of the Ohio River was amazing but when you walk into the rooms they have this huge picture window blocked off by an enormous desk. There is space in the room to arrange the furniture in a way that leaves that window open but they don't have it set up that way. A minor annoyance I noticed was that the door handles to the rooms are very noisy when closing. There isn't a way for us to quietly shut the door so if you're returning early or late, it WILL be loud.

Stayed here for 1 night while on a road-trip stopping through Louisville. This hotel was much less expensive than other properties in the city and didn't have a parking fee. There is a bridge that goes directly between Louisville and the hotel that doesn't have a toll (some reviews were misleading saying that there is a toll -- just take the Clark Memorial Bridge that comes down from S 2nd street). The room was comfortable and large, though the bathrooms could use some upgrades. We booked a club room through Orbitz for the same price as a normal room. Club rooms come with free breakfast, so it was a good deal. We stayed Sun-Mon and on Monday the club room is closed, so breakfast is done via vouchers in the regular dining area. This was a big bonus.

The staff at this hotel are AMAZING, especially Angie at the front desk! We were treated so kindly and with such hospitality that three days later my two little boys are still talking about how much fun they had.

Mattresses were awful, lumpy and saggy. My back hurt! Carpet was stained terribly and not vacuumed. Several hairs on counter and in the sink.

We arrived at 2:30a trying to avoid a snow storm. 1st room had a barking dog next door and staff quickly moved us. 2nd room the toilet was broken and there was urine in the toilet. My husband fixed the toilet handle. They did give us a discount and were very apologetic.

This hotel is a excelent example of what you can expect from sheraton. We had a great suite, with all the bells and whistles. Really loved our short (one night) stay, and were able to regain energy to continue our way to Chicago!

Overall clean and friendly and close to a lot of fun places. Awesome!
