"Property was dated but that’s expected for the price, what was unexpected was how unhelpful the staff was. She was very crass with us during the check-in, gave us our room keys, assuming we had been there before. So of course when we got to the elevator and our keys didn’t work I had to walk all the way back to the counter. The room number was 2146, so I assumed it was the 21st floor. Nope, it was The second floor room 146, had she explained it to us we would have known. She appeared as if she wanted to just get rid of us. Once I got to the room, I also remembered because I used my Amex card that I was aupposed to receive a food and beverage credit. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I came downstairs again, for her to pull my reservation up and say “oh, well here is a list of places you can go, just charge it to the room. I normally wouldn’t have been so annoyed by this but our flight was delayed by two hours and it was Almost 2AM when we checked in. I even called before we arrived when I found out about the delay to alert the staff and they told me they would not the account so that we wouldn’t have any problems checking in. But overall aside from that it was a good stay. The beds were comfortable."
