I was told we were upgraded to a renovated room, i was unaware we booked an unrenovated room as the listing didn't mentuon anything and only showed pictures of updated rooms. The room was clean and confortable, as well as the pool area. Stay was comfortable. The TV did not work. We could not find staff that night and when we mentioned it the next day upon check out, the staff said it was our fault for not letting them know the night before so no discount. We asked for the manager to contact us when he came in and so far its been 5 days with no communication. The restaurant was also closed and nothing offered as a "go bag" as described in the emails provided.

I stayed at this hotel and paid $300 per night, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The room was clean but there was no breakfast included, which was inconvenient. Service was average, and overall, I felt the value for the price was poor.

The newly renovated room was indeed exceptional. It was the right size for a family of 4 with all adults. Everything in Hinton is walking distance. For a small town, restaurants were superb. I just hope they included breakfast in the price. We will definitely go back and stay in this hotel in Hinton.

The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, my grand daughter thoroughly enjoyed the slide, water was clean and not too chlorinated. Beds were comfortable. Only think that wasnt great was the newly renovated bathroom did not have enough room to easily get into the shower stall

Wouldn’t stay again

Old and dated hotel. Very noisy. Rooms are very old and not what’s shown online. Breakfast was a busy and not included. No elevators and the accessible room was certainly not that.
