I stayed for a night at Le Grandeur hotel with another 80 friends. Very good services. The variant of the food are very delicious. For breakfast, there is many fresh fruits, fresh salads, fresh juices, breads, cakes, puddings, cereals. All complete menu are available for breakfast. We use the ballroom for workshop. Many variant food are available as well for lunch and dinner. There is coffee break as well. Very large parking space and free for the guest. The room is big but the bathtub is old. The staff are very helpfull and friendly. I felt very happy stay a night at yhe hotel. I wish im the future i could stay again in here. The location is very good, at level 1 there is shopping mall. Cross the road another big shopping mall. Very convenience for guest to stay and love to shops.

Big nice,cheap , A little old ,safe hotel but hotel area unsafe.enough good breakfast ,very nice, Jacuzzi, streambath ,sauna.. I don't try swimming pool.. Very near to its Mangga dua Mall.. Hotel also have nice bar. What have hotel is very cheap.. Rooms are enough big,clean , small Frigider ,everything was OK. But around of hotel must be careful.

It’s a nice hotel from outside and inside the reception and the rooms too but they need to make some overhaul . And to change the bed sheets but overall it’s a good hotel and near a mall and they serve a taxi very easy

This is probably my sixth stay at this hotel and we only had time to stay two nights this occasion - I had to get my fix of shopping at Mangga Dua. It was a relief to get here after leaving rather unpleasant accommodation in Kelapa Gading. Even though the hotel could probably do with some upgrades it was so welcoming to enter the foyer which is always very well kept and clean with the friendly porters to greet you. Up to the executive floor to be checked in and shown to the two rooms I had booked for my son and his friend and my husband and self. Yes the rooms and bathrooms probably could do with a makeover (and some attention needs to be paid to the hot water in the shower as it was hard to regulate) but regardless they were clean and very comfortable. I love happy hour on the exec floor with drinks and nibbles and part of this area is a smoking area which for my husband is convenient ( we always have non smoking rooms). Dinner was in the restaurant which was ok with room for improvement but breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The second night we met friends for dinner at May Star which is part of the hotel complex. Food was very good and we have never had a bad experience here either. The convenience of the walkway to the shops is great and it's easy to duck back to your room to drop off shopping etc. Didn't use the pool on this trip but have in the past - very pleasant and a great way to refresh after a long day of shopping. Feels like home here and of course we will be back.

Rizky at the Lounge Bar was very cheerful and nice, great service. Keep it up. He prepared for the drink very well and gave us advise on the sight seeing. Thanks very much Rizky. The lounge itself was cozy and comfortable. Overall it was good.

The hotel is in Mangga Dua neighbourhood, it even has a connecting door to Mangga Dua. The room is large and cozy, the breakfast is good, i love the classic interior of the restaurant. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Really nice hotel. But when I booked through agoda they didn't t have the room I booked and gave a room after 3hrs of promised time. On my repeated complaints I got the correct room next day. They need to do training on customer care and problem solving in order to keep this nice hotel going. Need little renovation work to be done. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are very nice too. Very friendly staff.The manager must help the guest at the reception when they face difficulties. These are food for thought .

This was my second time to stay in this hotel. We chosen this hotel due to its location to our meeting points. (I brought 4 other guests who all complaint about the hotel's service and rooms). The hotel's customer service esp. in the reception is extremely poor and below par. Hotel is old, dirty and presentation is not good. (holes on bed cover, yellow bath towels) 4 Issues: Issue 1: Had issues from the moment I checked in. I booked & confirmed for a King Deluxe Room but was given twin room without being advised first hand. When I asked the receptionist, this lady said no other room but if I want, I can have smoking room. I advised her that this is not what I booked for. She didn't want to listen and argued that i booked twin room. I have to show her my direct online booking with the hotel to her. She didn't apologize. Then a gentleman called Sonny stepped in and said that he will place me in Level 17 Floor to fix this issue. But I have to wait til 11pm before I can go to my room. I advised him that I have been up since 4am that morning due to overseas flight and I have morning business meeting tomorrow. He advised nothing can be done. I waited. NO EMPATHY. I asked for the Manager to call me tomorrow morning but no one rings. When I got to the room, no hand towel or bath mat. 2nd issue: No hot water on my second night. I complained and was advised that there are some maintenance work being done on the hot water. I asked them that they should at least give notice to the guests so that we can get prepared. No apology. Again, I asked for manager to call me. No one calls 3rd Issue: I booked 2 room. The other room is twin room and checked out a day before me. When I handled the check out, the checkout receptionist suggested that I checked out my room instead of the twin room. I have to again explain to this lady who is so stubborn and insisted to check me out on my room. I have to show her my booking again. She then realised & completed the checkout process. She then asked me to check out my room and move to this room. I asked her why and she said this is because the room I am in now is on executive floor and I need to move down. I asked her that I didn’t asked for this room and I was allocated due to their mistake. I also asked her why am I going to twin room when I asked for King Room. This receptionist doesn’t seem to know what to do. I then asked again to get the Duty Manager to come out. I then explained to her which she then apologized. I also asked for her General Manager to call me. She reluctant and suggested that I have to go through her boss, which is the Front Office Manager. I met this Front Office Manager the next morning in breakfast room and expressed my utter disappointment. Issue 4: Light flickering and water tap leaking. Overall, very disappointed and won't recommend anyone to stay here. Doesn't deserve the money and customer service is very bad. Receptionist not willing to listen to guests and when realized in the wrongs, they would ignore the topic and try to brush you off. **Stay away from this hotel unless you want to be disappointed!!**

This was our second coming to this hotel..The check in process was fast and the lobby was wide and comfortable..The bell boys were helpfull and nice,also the securities. Our deluxe room was clean,wide and comfortable,and also the bathroom.We loved the street view from our 11th floor room.We really loved our room. The breakfast menu was delicious and various. Overall,we really satisfied with the services and facilities provided..One best facility from this hotel was the connecting door directly to the ITC Mangga Dua. And we were very glad and thankful for the late check out permitted with no additional charge. Thank you so much Le Grandeur. Surely we will come back soon.
