Clean and good location. No coffee in room no soap etc. loud at night sometimes

So let me start by saying.. this isn’t a “hotel” it’s a place designed for a good rate for an extended stay. Which means.. just like home.. clean up after yourself. I travel for work so I stay in a lot of these places. This one was great. The bed was comfy. The room was nice and clean. They have laundry facilities so I can wash my scrubs and even provide a laundry basket for me to use. The shower is hot and the staff was amazing and courteous. For people like me who travel from place to place it’s comfy like having your own mini apartment. You need a key to enter the building at night and to get up to the floors. I am a woman who travels alone for work and I work overnights so I am coming and going at weird hours, so safety is a big thing for me. I felt perfectly safe tucked in. I wish I could book for less than a week at a time. I only need to spend my weekends away for this assignment. But if I could book there the entire time I would! You all do a wonderful job!

Was very clean, employees were friendly & helpful! Only thing I would change is extra pillows on the bed.

New, and clean

Absolutely wonderful that there is not carpet in the room. Lots of parking available. Close to Publix and Winn Dixie for groceries. McDonald within walking distance. Gas station also nearby. The heating/air conditioning is a bit finicky. Within 15 minutes of Mayo Hospital which we had to go to on a daily basis for 15 days. On the downside, smokers were allowed to "set up" at the main entrance, and I mean bring out pallets to sit on and a case of beer to go with it. This I find totally unacceptable. As a cancer patient I shouldn't have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. Luckily we were on the first floor and could use a side entrance. Your website should also detail that there is no coffee maker, toaster in the room. Lucky for us we drove to the hotel and I had everything with me.

Thank you for your comments. We are trying hard to get those individuals who smoke away from the entrances.
