Excellent listing!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a short-term rental. Other than 5 stars for every category, there's not much more information needed. I did send a few minor suggestions to the hosts, but nothing that would change my review. They responded very promptly.

So peaceful

I brought my mom to Jacksonville to see her sister and we were lucky enough to stay in this property. We loved it! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for our purposes (my mom made an egg for breakfast one morning, otherwise we just used it for coffee). The highlight was the backyard. We spent time out there anytime we could, watching the wildlife. There is an owl that lives nearby, we saw him several times. There was also a duck with a nest near the pool equipment. We saw her several times, too. It was incredibly peaceful to watch the water, listen to the birds and enjoy the surroundings.

Peaceful Retreat

Property was well maintained and had an outstanding outdoor setup. The outside setup consisted of a fire pit with seating, a heated pool (water was a little too warm in my opinion), a screened in porch with TV, and the duck friendly pond. Inside of the house was clean and had all the amenities needed. Host were Great and easy to communicate with. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Location was very close and accessible to many different restaurants. Overall nice rental.

Really nice house. extremely clean and well maintained and the owners were easy to communicate with and proactive with everything. Quiet, nice neighborhood and street. The backyard is a slice of heaven. Pool, a pond with ducks and a nice firepit area to sit around. Location was perfect for us. easy access to freeways and lots of good food and shopping options nearby. One of the better experiences I have had booking a full house. Highest praise and recommendation

Relaxing stay in Jacksonville

We were looking for a place to stay over Easter Break and chose this place after looking at dozen of other similar properties. The house was exactly as described. A safe and quiet neighborhood, off street parking, and all the amenities of home. The house was very clean and easy to access from downtown Jacksonville. The hosts were great and we would recommend this house to any family looking for a great place to stay in Jacksonville.
