Upon entering Harbor Point guests are welcomed by a RENOVATED unit layered with Serena and Lily and an array of coastal blue tones. The floor plan is open and allows the natural sunlight to flow effortlessly through the unit. The kitchen is updated with white shaker cabinets, shiplap backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is equipped with all the essentials including an icemaker, dual coffee maker (drip and pods), blender, toaster, crock pot, mixer, pots/pans, baking dishes, tea kettle and more!

Enjoy the ocean views while dining! The naturally toned dining room table provides ample seating with eight rattan chairs.

The main living area is beautiful and extremely comfortable with a white sectional and two blue swivel chairs. Side tables, footstools, and coffee tables enhance the functionality of the space. A large Smart TV with online streaming through HULU.

Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony that overlooks the beach.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, TV, desk, ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower and an oversized closet.

The second bedroom has a King bed, closet, TV and dresser. A second bathroom with a shower tub combo is just down the hall. The third bedroom is equipped with two Twin beds, a desk, a closet, a dresser and a TV.

Beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, and beach towels along with fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

The rooms were a nice size, the kitchen had everything we needed and parking was ample. Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The garage numbers are not in order and a little confusing. More instruction could be provided for those that might need it.

Misleading condition

This property was under construction and in total disarray. I was shocked the owner didn’t let us know before driving 7 hours to find wet concrete, boards, plastic on the windows and the property looking like it was in a war zone. She offered us other properties but none that were comparable. She offered us one for another $600. We ultimately left and went to Hilton Head instead
