This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home is nestled in the exclusive gated community of Summer Beach on Amelia Island, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The main living area is equipped with a sofa, three chairs and a smart TV with online streaming provided through YouTube TV. The open floor plan is great for friends and family to gather! Additional seating is provided in the screen in back patio area.

The primary bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds with a TV.

Fun week for family Amelia Island

The house was a good fit for 7 (5 adults, 2 children), although the dining table only handle max of 6.Overall house was great--A/C, lots of towels and ample kitchen supplies.Location near beach is a big plus. Fernandina is the BEST beach in FLA.Only concern was the community pool. Given it was June and a beach locale, it gets lots of daily use. Water was usually cloudy and really not circulating much. Needed a good cleaning/brush/vacuum and more attention overall.But overall we enjoyed the stay and the management was very responsiveto communications.

Perfect little beach house.

This house was perfect for our family's Spring Break trip. The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood, with all the live oaks, is awesome and the walk to the beach is easy. We hope to return next year!
