Beautiful luxury new house, built in November 2024. Everything inside and out is brand new. 3bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. One king size bed, 2 queens and a fold out sofa. TV in every room. Luxury backyard with mini golf, corn hole and other games. Sit and enjoy a real fire pit. Garage has limited space when flowers are stored in it. 5 miles away from Town Center, all the best restaurants and stores. 8 1/2 miles from the beach. Come, relax and unwind. No smoking or vaping inside the house please. No pets allowed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
