We arrived early and the staff welcomed us without hesitation! While we were checking in our luggage was being loaded on the luggage cart and waiting for us. The bellhop was very accommodating and informative! The hot tubs were very relaxing and fairly private! The room had all the bells and whistles, from heated bathroom flooring to all the complimentary items!

The Sylvan Lodge at snake river was fantastic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area and very helpful. The room was a great size with lots of space, and everything was very new, clean and put together very nicely!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Lacking in five star service

We arrived at 1030 pm after a long drive. The gate was closed and we were given no code to get in. We called 8 phone numbers no answer. Waited 20 minutes. The rooms are lovely. Cant fault that. There’s no breakfast in the hotel you have to hike to the country club which is about a mile away. There is zero atmosphere, no where for drinks downstairs. Lacks any kind of authenticity for a five star hotel. No room service! The food at the country club was dire. We went once for breakfast- didn’t eat it and got Ubers to eat out. For 1263 a night- the hotel facilities do not match the room standard.
