We stayed one night before our trip to Yellowstone, we loved the vibe of the town and walked over to the brewery. The room was so comfortable, the staff so nice and breakfast was fantastic. We decided to book two more night before heading home.

This is a three story SpringHill Suites facility that includes a nice exterior and lobby, comfortable room, bed, TV, and bathroom that’ll address all your personal needs. The breakfast offerings (included) are very good, too. And the best aspect of the hotel is its location — a two to three minute walk and you are in the midst of downtown Jackson, walking distance to restaurants, stores, including a full fledged Sbux for those that care, and it just makes enjoying the city that much better. We have a room with a great view of the ski slopes, too. Pool and large jacuzzi are nice to access at end of a hiking day. Staff is very friendly and professional. Good choice to consider!

I had some issues with this place. I was traveling cross country to Seattle so I looked this one up on the Marriott app. I had never been to Jackson Hole so wasn't sure what it was like. When I drove in and saw all of the amazing building and atmosphere of the town, I was wishing I had picked a different, more Jackson Hole/rustic/cabin'ish type of place. First the positives: - Clean hotel - Nice view out the window (but I'm guessing that would be anywhere in JH) - Springhills are generally really nice overall - Great indoor parking garage w/key needed to enter Negatives: -I wanted to use my points to stay here and they charged me 35k points which is usually what they charge for a higher prices hotel. When I looked on the app it was supposed to be 25k but I was actually charged 35k. When I reached out to Marriott I was told that the hotel would get back to me. They basically said sorry- sucks for you. REALLY disappointed in this. I would have just paid the $119 per night instead of wasting so many points. Not happy about that. Basically, if you are using your points, make sure they charge you the correct amount. Either way, this place is NOT worth that many points. 2- No free water in the room and/or at the front desk like most Marriotts give- especially since I'm an elite. Don't expect anything special from this place if you are a Marriott elite member. I'm a gold and it was like whatever. 3- Guy at the front desk when I checked in was kind of rude. I felt I was interrupting him (he was doing something on his cell) when I checked in and 'putting him out'. That didn't feel very good Jackson Hole is so amazing that I wish I would have experienced something close to that instead of the modern Springhill- especially with the service. Very disappointed

This hotel appears to be relatively new. The fact that it has garage parking was a great plus. Room was modern and clean. TV didn't seem to work very well but wasn't a need anyway. BREAKFAST, UGH!!! Poorly laid out area. Very narrow so people cannot get to the area they want. The waffle area is at a deadend and people were lined waiting so no one else could get by. Decided to forego the breakfast and went elsewhere. If you book to receive the free breakfast, be careful. Otherwise nice.

We spent 5 days here and loved it. The room was spacious and always cleaned. Breakfast always good and fresh. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Never made it to pool or hot tub but they looked great. Will stay again.

This was a great stay the night before we toured the Grand Tetons - location was central to many shops - very nice breakfast buffet and really nice room layout including a spacious desk/divider. Full size walk in closet and spacious bathroom with walk in shower.

Compared to 3 other properties close to the Park entrances (in West, North and another in the South) that we stayed in the front desk was least helpful in providing guidance on Yellowstone. Or even suggestions for restaurants around the area in terms of what they offered. Perhaps the staff was newly recruited.

Marriott Titanium Elite This Marriott property is unique and a first for me experiencing the Springhill embedded in a condo unit building. Hotel floors 1-3 and condos in basement and 4th floor. If you are on 3rd floor, likely a condo atop of you. It sounded like a bowling alley when condo unit above being cleaned. As in all Springhills now, doors make a extremely loud sound when doir is shut and lock engages. Hotel is very tight and a bit claustrophobic for me. Room is generally dark due to size and window placement which is typical of SS. Keurig machines in room but no half and half/only powder creme. There are no views worth asking for. Room 338 had view of garbage and debris left on porch from condo tenants. Pros: FREE underground garage parking Now. Off season hotel stopped fee Close to Grand Teton Great smelling brewpub x street. UPDATED TVs with Netflix. Large bath with shower only no cumbersome tub. Sliding barn doors. ( people who are too cheap to purchase more than 1 room for multiple people complain about frosted door but I love it. How many people are staying in a room where using a bathroom at nights ruins a stay?) Plug in USB ports by beds. Great lighting by beds. Cons: NO NBC CHANNEL??? Confirmed by front desk/no explanation. Elm furniture couch is ugly and as comfortable as Flintsone's furniture. Just put in recliners or arm chairs with ottomans especially King rooms for singles or couples at max. Hotel is taking advantage of location by charging $300+ per night in May. Town around hotel is old and delapidated homes/trailers. I believe this is where help live/ski bums reside. Most likely housing is $$$ too. Trash and debris surrounding homes. Don't bother spending time in town. Go straight to Grand Teton. I saw a mother Grizzly and 2 cubs, mother Bison and newborn calf, moose, and tons of elk up close all in 24 hours. Can go straight thru to Yellowstone via Cody entrance. YNP still in deep snow as of 5/16/19. Many roads still closed including Bear Tooth highway. Still opportunity for great views of river and falls. Staff friendly. Housekeeping good. Rooms spotless. Great shower! Hot tub and pool outside til 10 pm. Area experiences rain and cloudy days in May. ONE EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING TV ISSUE IN SPRINGHILLS IS THAT MESSAGE POPS UP WHILE WATCHING TV. States TV WILL SHUT OFF IN 30 SECONDS IF DO NOT PRESS OK. PRESS OK AND TV STILL TURNS OFF! This happens frequently.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Marriott. The facility is 3 years old, but still had the scent of newness. We utilized their exercise room, which had a recumbent bike, treadmill, free weights and cross country machine. The pool is outdoors. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, which featured eggs, sausage, both pork and turkey, breads, fruit, cereals, cold breakfast foods, juices and hot beverages. The server, Linda, was very friendly. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator, pullout bed for a couch, comfortable king bed and large bathroom. The hotel had underground parking, whose door was activated by our room key. Luggage carts were available at the parking area. The hotel was convenient to the downtown square.

Springhill suites promise a clean functional basic room. This property delivers as promised. Good location and extra nice large outdoor hot tub. Street parking available. Large room. Bed and bedding could be improved systemwide.
