Staff was rude. Found a syringe in the tissue slot under the sink in the bathroom. Reported it immediately and they were quick to point the finger at me for it. They got defensive very quick. Also took a $50 deposit when I checked in (without telling me in advance) even though my room was paid in full well in advance. Needless to say, I've got a dispute filed with the BBB and contacted their local health officials regarding the incident. I'll never stay here again. Future customers beware!

Broken window in our room. It had a huge crack in it.

Friendliness and helpful staff made a bad situation really pleasant

There was nothing about my stay that was pleasant, I think the thing that upset me the most was in the morning the change of linen was placed out side my door on the floor, disgusting, the breakfast area was filthy, I can’t believe that super 8 would allow an operator to continue to be part of the franchise. Never stay here !!

Nice hotel with basics, clean friendly staff, nice accommodate

Worst expirence I've had at a hotel in a while. Was accused and charged for smoking in the room. I DONT EVEN SMOKE!!! Not that I'm all that surprised. The hotel was so run down. They probably acuse everyone of smoking just to try to get extra money. The breakfast was a aweful. Nothing was fresh and the vending machiene food was 3 days from expiering and almost completetly empty. The breakfast was even worse. All the bread was hard as a rock and the juice they put out smelled very close to being wine instead of juice and the milk was chunky! Over all was very displeased yet i still was very polite but was treatrd like a lier when accused of smoking in the room. I even told them there was no way because I don't smoke because i have asthma. They threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave. Needless to say i will NOT be staying there ever again!

Staff was rude, room was filthy, the sheets were stained, the bathtub was moldy. Fifteen minutes before checkout an old man that spoke no english came right into the room to strip the bed sheets. He finally left but then came back five minutes later and did the same thing. I just packed uo and left. I have traveled all over the world and stayed and have stayed in similar places without complaint...because I was paying only $5-$10 night. This place is not worth $60/night

I have been standing in the lobby for 20 minutes and no hotel staff is present.

Don't expect any frills at this hotel. The tv was low res, the breakfast was cheap, no coffee/conditioner in my room. On the plus side, there was a refrigerator and a microwave. No bowls, plates, cups (even for coffee), or silverware. Wish I would've gone with an airbnb.

Rude front desk person. Dirty bed linens. No hot water in shower. I don't expect much from a budget hotel, but this was ridiculous. Pay a little more for one of the five or six hotels nearby.

The rooms do not look like pictures the covers were dirty sheets nasty And there were no refund so I was stuck there

I told the owners and showed them pictures , they offers nothing.I will never stay there again

I stayed one night. I think that the price of the hotel is fair, you basically get what you pay for.

Dirty old hotel needs updating. Price was ok for what you got

Rooms and hallways were hot and I didn't have a phone or iron in my room as well as the bed covers had rips in them

First, understand this : I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. When I looked this motel up on the Internet, I knew it was not a 5 star resort. I expected a motel. The website stated that the front desk was manned 24 hours a day. I never once came by the front desk and saw anyone there. Instead there was a sign at the phone that instructed you to dial 0. When someone answered they only spoke broken English, couldn't understand the request and then would yell at someone in another room in what I believe was an Indian dialect. At that point a lady who appeared to be in her 80s would come to the desk. Since she didn't speak English she would yell to someone else whom I assume was the owner. This happened three times in the week I stayed there. One night, as I was coming back late, I walked past the laundry room. The window shade was partially pulled aside to reveal the elder lady sleeping on the tile floor of the laundry room. This lady does all the laundry and cleans the room every day, then sleeps in the laundry room floor while the owner is in her room upstairs. Not sure what is going on but that seems wrong to me. This is just one thing that causes me to not plan on coming back. There was no security so I saw at least one prostitute on premises and one very questionable person enter a room only after giving a special door knock and password. Do not take your family here.

When I checked out the desk clerk had to go to inspect my room before checkout could be completed. I have never experienced such a thing before.

I had to be transferred to 3 different rooms before I found one that was at least decent. The first rooms toilet won't flush. The second room had blood and white crusty stains all over the sheets and comforter. There were black hairs all over the toilet and shower. The third room had little black hairs in one of the beds and the other was hairless so I ended up having to stay in that one. The hotel staff girl was extremely nice, but not worth the nastiness. Even the hotel breakfast was sketchy.

There are slim pickings in Jackson for hotels, so your mainstream rate will be around 120 a night. for the price the hotel is what should be expected. A bed, a bathroom, tv and phone. No frills but clean and quiet.
