Paper thin walls, we could hear our neighbors talking, opening bathroom doors, and their tv, all night. Someone was jumping at the floor above. Bad sleep overall

The front desk did not answer the phone in 4 or five attempts late afternoon. The pool was closed with a promise to open the next day. When I asked the next day “ It was closed earlier today. Is it open now?” The answer was: “Let me get you to a team member for more help on this topic.” No one got back to us. Hours later we chased someone down only to discover it was open. We picked this hotel so our grandkids who were with us could swim. The first morning at 7:15 several food items were already gone with no more to replace. We had to get permission to park in a handicap spot from front desk. Renovators trucks left overnight and dumpsters were blocking at least twenty guest spots. Too bad. Nice facility. Every negative above is about poor service.

Like new room.

Like new room - half the floor's rooms were out of service and being renovated. I did not hear any construction noise although I was warned that there may be noise. The breakfast was good although the service help was somewhat unprofessional - talking out loud about personal medical issues - yuck, I am trying to eat.
