pool and hot tub were great. staff mostly friendly. However I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. They gave me a 1 king size bed and a sofa. Said it was because I booked through a 3rd party. Was a bit dissappointed considering it was my daughters bday outing weekend.
