Thank God it was only for 1 night. There was a local kids wrestling tournament we came in for. I got this Hotel for a nice hotel with a good pool for the kids. We get there get settled and were informed that the pools heater was broken and their hot tub jets were also broke as well... They never disclosed this and most definitely charged me full price. For a place thats almost 200 a night they should have things together or offer discount. The room was okay itself id say 7.5 out of 10, the staff was nice greeting wise but also made it seem that things break here a good amount of the time.

Immediate at check in we learned that the pool heater was broken. I noted that should be something listed online at booking (I had looked at the hotels website before booking on expedia) With not being able to get a refund we carried on. As expected the pool was freezing. There were only a few towels. We requested some from the front desk and the gave a few. The next morning we went back down to the freezing pool and SUPRISE no more towels were provided. Overall lack luster and not really given an apology.

I reserved a room with a queen bed with a hide a bed for 3 adults. When after checking in and given my room key i opened the door to one queen bed . No couch with a hide a bed . When it was reported to the front desk I was told the would have to give me a roll away bed . The motel was full. My granddaughter is 29 years old and is 5’9” . They brought the roll away in and it was ridiculously thin . They brought bedding which included pillow covers but no pillows . I am really disappointed in this service. I still had to pay for the room I reserved but didn’t get !! I will not not refer anyone to this motel.
