"The room was quite nice and clean. Beautiful view of the water. They have elevators. The front desk staff needs to have some training on how to recognize when someone comes to the desk and not to make a reservation on the phone when people are waiting to check in. We did have interaction with the front desk manager who was very helpful and pleasant. The concierge was not helpful at all."
