Was not aware there was breakfast - ugh! Parking is in a different location in a garage but you have to check in first get the hang tag for your car. Then you park in a Hilton Garden Inn designated spot with your tag and they validate your ticket before you leave. There is nowhere to really park to check in. If I had been aware of that prior it would have been less stressful. In addition, the front desk staff was in the restroom and the person covering for her walked up and then worked on her computer, letting us stand there for 5 minutes. When the woman returned and realized we hadn't been helped, the woman on her computer apologized and said she didn't see us. Otherwise, it was a fine stay. We walked to a restaurant close by in town and that was convenient. I would say parking might make me re-think where I stay but I am honestly not sure there are alternatives in Ithaca with better options.

We got a handicap access room although we didnt need one. Breakfast wasn't included. Since we were here for a swim meet at Ithaca college, the kids would have appreciated breakfast. Also late checkout was not allowed. Great location though.

Staff was very nice. Downside, bed was old and very uncomfortable,. There was no onsite parking and women walking at night from the parking garage was also not ideal. For $280 per night there was not even a continental breakfast. Hate to say but if we went back to that area we probably would not return to the hilton.
