The property was very hard to find. There was no immediate parking. The mini bar had only two bottles of water And the staff was unable to provide additional water. Staff was limited. Area was extremely crowded and noisy. I would give this property a two star rating. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, leider wurden wir von dem Service und der Sauberkeit im Hotel sehr enttäuscht, die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und auf dem Bett waren Haare. Nachdem wir das Zimmer getauscht haben war es ebenfalls nicht sauber! Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber gemacht jediglich nur unser Bett. Mal wurde Handtücher vergessen mal Toilettenpapier. Also die Sauberkeit und Service war sehr schlecht aber die Lage ist sehr sehr Zentral für Istanbul.
