As we checked in it was 1 am, I didn't like the room even if I chose a Litle bigger room because I was staying for 18 days and I wanted to be more comfortable, I should of asked to move to a different room the following morning but I didn't, I brought it up to the front desk wich communication wasn't good, they English was very very poor but we got through it with google translate, I've hear that the manager spoke good English, I asked to please have him call my room when he's available since he's not on the property all the time from what I was told, one day, two day came and went and no manager, I told them my shower leaked all the time and can not sleep with the constant drip found, after 2 ns attempt they order a new piece and was adjusted,
The shower door had no rubber stop so glass keept on hitting the tiles and was scary everytime I went into the shower, brought it up to them several time but nothing was done, the refrigerator was not keeping my stuff cold at all, which some stuff of course I had to throw out, at that point I was out for few days because my surgery I was in clinic but as soon as I got back I just made the best of what I really though it could of been better, was nice and they tried but let's face it, for the money I expected a 4 stars and lucky them I give them a three start, its Managment that need to step it up and go from room to room to see things that need to be done or listen to a guest instead I was brushed under the rug, and no English Tv
