Located in a very convenient place. Lots of good restourants around. Close to subway station. staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are well equipped, spacious and clean. Room service is fabiolous. Well worth the price. Strongly recommended!
+breakfast is good +location is near taksim square and metro +room, towels, bedsheets are clean _room service forgot to close our room's door after making the room tidy _reception has mistakenly allocated our room number to another guest and they wanted to enter our room in the middle of night which caused lots of noise and disturbed us.
this is the second stay. great hotel with fare price. i felt the same level of comfortable but it getting older. more maintenance needed.on my last stay April 2017 the breakfast was great, in this visit i didn't like it very much. we booked double bed but we got 2 single beds.
All was great, except for a smell in the 9th floor. After a complaint, the staff moved me to the 10th floor. The Hotel management need to look into this matter and avoid such cases. Rest all great and spent great time there. I strongly recommend Midtown.
We stayed at istanbul midtown hotel from 18 jan to 23 with our friends. All the staffs were so kindly and helpfully and try to gives you the maximum services. Our room were so cute and clean the bathroom and size of the room its not large but acceptable at all. The internet connection and kettle with plenty of things such as tea, water and coffee give you feel at your home. Our room was so quiet at the busiest place of istanbul. Dear manager and staffs,Thanks for your hospitality and hope to stay with you
We really enjoyed our stay here - price was fantastic considering the location was excellent. Facilities/rooms were simple but clean and honestly fine for the price we paid. No issues encountered at all and would definitely recommend!
Overall it is a nice hotel with very good services, close to Taksim, good breakfast, helpful staff, but the room little bit small. Clean room Few steps to Taksim metro station Restaurants, exchange shops and cold stores are near.
The most disrespectful behavior I’ve ever experienced . I had a good experience in their close hotel such a Rixos Elysium Hotel in the neighborhood ,respectful attitude ,good services and fanatic rooms which is not comparable with Midtown hotel at all ... my partner checked in at this hotel and I visited him as a guest and I had an accommodation in another hotel ... Dear General manger when you have contracts with European country its so unexpected to experience such a this strange rules ... we are colleagues and I know all the rules about hotel stuff and technically about Hotel management and I was wondering if you could noticed under the reservation for European countries which is not acceptable at all, with this kind of disrespected and not acceptable behavior of the employers specially front office manger as you know. The front office is the heart of Hotel. please be more Responsible about guest and services .we paid for the services and there is an obligation to respect the guest ...we asked to talk to you several times but you didn’t care about that ... as you know there is a basically quoted which is “lady’s and Gentlemen serves you the lady’s and Gentlemen “... even though We asked the guy who introduced him self as a front office manager for checking me in and getting my passport and information !!!!! We had given offer for paying extra money that he didn’t understand it ... already it was more than rules we had given suggestions..cause my partner paid for Deluxe superior and we shouldn’t have given this offer too.He is the most impolite manager and unprofessional We have ever seen. It wasn’t about hotel rules it was his personally problem with us ..after the sadness day I researched of Turkey Hotels special in Istanbul that must have been alright after my registration... you know how words of mouth to mouth are strong ...me and my partner absolutely let all the people we know about this disaster hotel ...and we never ever back to this hotel again and again...
Our stay at the Midtown hotel was remarkable. The employees were always kind and caring. After a terrible experience in another hotel nearby the MidTown hotel received us and the experience was outstanding. Our room (corner suite) was spacious but cozy, the breakfast was complete and fresh.
Clean with height professionals standards .Location is fantastic Best Bkf in Turkey .Lovely catering staff .G.Good communication via mail Confortable bed ,quality linen Book a 22 sqm Room They gime me a small one (18 sqm?) with big furniture.Roon 701 will be not suitable for ppl with mobility problems or children .Not good insonoraition of Rooms ,you can ear everything from the corridors ,not a good thing when 90% of customers are from Arabs countries
