Staff, location, and room were wonderful. Murat at the front desk provided useful information and guidance. Istanbul is a beautiful city and the Hotel neighborhood is comfortable and a pleasant place that made the stay that much more enjoyable..
Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Always willing to assist you and accommodate needs. Great location in the center of everything. Restaurants & stores all around it. Daily breakfast has everything you could need and more.

The hotel is located downward Sultan Ahmad masjed in quite area. The room is very small and the ceiling is very low.
What a great hotel. The hotel resides in the heart of Sultan Ahmed. 7 minutes walk to the tram station and 5 minuets walk to the Blue Mosque and close to a lot of major tourist attractions. The staph were welcoming and wonderful, and room was clean and cozy. Had a great view from my room's balcony. Love the place!
Comfortable room yet we felt a little cramped for space. The staff made up for whatever was lacking. Wonderful folks, always VERY helpful, very polite, guided us whenever needed. The place is surrounded by various restaurants and is within five to seven minutes walk to many attractions and the tram station.
