I wish I could give this 0 star. No towels. Had to ask 3 times. The staff is rude. Night staff guy has some personal issues. . No room service. No iron . No nothing . Avoid at all cost. The lower price will attract to book this hotel . There are many option near by . Never will stay here again .

The hotel is good for its price as well as Taksim location but the surrounding area is not a nice one. There are many cafes and 24/7 markets but the street is smelly and dirty. There are also all kinds of people around day and night, walking at night is not unsafe but it feels like it.

I didn't like anything of this horrible hotel. It's cheap but isn't worth it. The bathroom ceiling was black because of the mold. I don't wanna continue because I feel depresed 😔

Bad experience and waste of my money

Too much noise 24 hours especially mid night, arguments and shouting down the road, electricity cut, very weak and regular cut with the internet service, bed sheets and towels are so dirty and not clean at all , even after I mentioned that to the reception on many occasions

This the second towel after they promise to replace with good one

CC from my recent message to Expedia: You are informed that the hotel we reserved was a fraud. We checked in and out immediately, as the room was nothing remotedly similar to what was advertised. The employee admitted he has such complaints every single time, and we avoided any further argument since there is no refunding. Yet, we preferred to leave immediately than negotiate any room change. Please review your policy of no refund for this property, and remove it from your lists. It is a fraud. We can send you photos to compare to advertisement for yourself. We hope there is some hope for refund - they said no refund because reservation money goes through expedia, so you are involved in this situation as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Terrible cleaning service. For 5 nights I had my room cleaned only one time. The heater worked the first night only. Towels and sheets were changed only one time. We ran short of toilet papers. It took more than one hour to do the check in. If I plan to go Istanbul again I would never chose taksim palace hotel.

Cheap place for short stay

Localization is quite far from touristic area. Metro station is close. Room was very small but it was clean and quite. Air condition was working very good. WiFi was working. Personnel was very nice and they speak English.

Close to the action, bed for the night

You get what you pay for, better than a hostel, situated in a "colourful" but interesting area, sadly there is another hotel by the same name nearby so beware of you're researching as it's probably a different hotel , the other hotel is in a noisy street, I don't regret staying here as we spent very little time here, I would say it was adequate but I'm not too fussy, the hotel was very well worn, the staff are kind and obliging and do long hours, we never used the roof top it was covered in, views for the hotel in our room were very good, we had a balcony.
