I liked this hotel very much! Perfectly situated in the city center. The quality-price is very good. The hotel is close to the all sightseeings. The terrace of the hotel has the magnificent view to the Bosphorus.

The hotel has a very convenient location, few blocks from the blue mosque, Aya Sofia and the Grand bazaar, and a short walk to the pier. The pickup from the airport was well organized, and the front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. They gave us tips of dos and don'ts for our sightseeing in Istanbul, as we were 2 women travelling by ourselves. The restaurant (also where morning breakfast was served) offered best views of the city, and food was excellent.Rooms were neat and clean, and cozy. Lots of restaurants, grocery store and ATM machines nearby. It felt safe despite being a off season. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and definitely stay here if I visit Istanbul again.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, shops, tram stations. The staff is very helpful. The receptionist helped us with information, tips, Istanbul card for public transportation, cruise on Bosphorus with discount. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was diversified and the hotel restaurant has a really nice view. Good value for money. New rooms will be ready soon.

Located in Sultanahmet (old quarter).Great location, 5 min walk to Hagia Sophia & Basilica. 10 min to Blue mosque, and 15 min to Grand Bazaar. Tram stop 10 min walk away, and near to good selction of shops & restaurant. Hotel itself was small and traditional in style. Room (I had 104) was good size with double bed (fairly soft) with good storage, mini bar fridge & safe. Bathroom had good sized shower which was powerful. No individual temperature control, I was there end January and it was unseasonably warm so found room quite hot. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was supplied with map and given directions to all famous sites. Breakfast served on top floor with fantastic city views, only down side was poor breakfast selection. Didn't eat lunch or dinner but prices seemed reasonable.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and got back with high hopes and great memories. The hotel is now visibly less appealing, no maintenance work was made during all this time. The breakfast was and still is bad, the only good thing is the panoramic terrace. We had to change the room because of the toilet smell. Also the windows were moldy and the paper-thin walls allowed us to hear every (and i mean EVERY disgusting noise from the next room); the staff is really helpful and nice, but they cannot do much about the condition of the building. We spent the NYE there and the price for a few hours (even for hotel guests) was outrageous; we chose a different panoramic terrace at less than 1/2 price.

Adamar hotel passed excellent location , near my great historic places of Istanbul.very cheerful and helpful receptionists!!! Best staff. The very good restaurant. Restaurant with a panoramic view over Istanbul. many arrangements for outdoor programs are available at hotel. Thank you very match!!

The good thing about this small hotel is it is located quite close to the Hagia Sofia & the Blue Mosque. The nearest tram station is about 300m away. Starbucks & McDonald's are also located about 300m aways. There are quite a number of Tripadvisor rated restaurants near to this hotels. It has a nice restaurant with a fantastic view. The food prices are even slightly cheaper than other nearby restaurants. The check in & check out were efficient & quick. The room is quite small. There is no coffee making facility in the room. The lift is very small. It could accommodate 4 persons max without luggage. If you have heavy luggage, getting to the reception area could be a challenge as you have to climbs some staircases. Be mindful of the stairs. There is no porter to help you with you luggage. It is not bad place to stay. Would I stay there again? Probably yes.

It was amazing experience in this hotel with great staff and excellent quality of service that make our stay unforgettable. Everything was satisfactory, location is exceptional where you are step away from most of the sightseeing locations. All services are nearby. We honestly enjoy the stay. I strongly recommend it. Thanks

good location of hotel. close to landmarks. can be done by foot. hotel personal very courteous and helpful. restaurant is yummy with a panoramic view over istanbul. many arrangements for outdoor programs are available at hotel.

The location is very good (in the old city center), room was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was good. The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the hall and from the street. I would stay again.
