Sultanahmet Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Its close to all famous attractions in Istanbul. Hotel staff is amazing and very help. Room cleanliness is very professional standards. Overall we have a very good experience.

Run!!! Do not stay here. The manager and cleaners/receptionist steal. They work together and split the money. I kept in the closet in my bag. I stayed two weeks on my last two days they money was gone. Also the pictures are all a lie. There is no breakfast at all at this place but they advertise as free breakfast. They are scam artist. The manager is nasty and defended his cleaner blindly. He said they would never do that I know this you are probably lying and dreaming you had that much money with you. The bathroom smells like a sewer 24/7 our room stank so bad and there is hardly any light in there. It’s a motel!!! The receptionist is hardly ever at the desk you have to hunt her down she’ll either be smoking or inside some house next door. Disgusting trashy people.

The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating. Maya the housekeeper was fantastic in attending to our needs. This was our second time staying at the hotel. It was clean, nearby all the tourists attractions and plenty of eating choices surrounding it. There was access to connivence stores which stayed open till midnight. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room sizes are always small in these types of hotels which is expected however the hotel room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. All the basic amenities were provided and bonus was the A/C worked. Hotel was located nearby to many of the tourists attractions. There was plenty local dining places nearby which stayed opened till midnight which was handy if you didn’t want to go very far out. I would definitely stay again if I’m visiting the area.

Pros: (1) Near to Sultanahmet and Hagie Sofie. (2) Cheap (3) Kind staff Cons: (1) No elevator narrow stairs (2) Very small and tiny bathroom. (Almost impossible to enter. about 90 cm width....) (3) Air conditioner was not working (4) Hard to access with taxi. (5) Only prodvides a small cup of drinking water (50 ml)

Mi smo rezervisali trokrevetnu sobu.Kad smo došli u hotel,čovek sa recepcije odveo nas je u podrum gde se nalazi neka trokrevetna soba.Soba je mračna,bez prozora i oseća se neki neprijatan miris.Kada sam mu rekao da mi da drugu sobu,on mi je rekao da nema više trokrevetnih soba i ponudio mi da doplatim 20 Eur za porodičnu sobu,našta sam ja morao pristati.Hotel je bio prazan i mislim da mi je namerno to ponudio kako bi mi još nešto naplatio.

Owner and staff was very friendly and helpful. 4 historical places are 15 minutes from hotel. Few minutes walk to restaurants and shopping stores.
