Not the worst, but stuff could be more polite. The card to get the lift working didnt work. I went back to reception and guy responded that he told me before to use another side. When travellers arrive, they are usually tired, would be much better to be patient to the guests. People in reception forget that they wouldnt be paid if we do not visit hotel. Didnt bother finding parking - parked in front of the building. As soon as we parked, Franch man drove into our car. My advise - find a parking to be safe
