My stay at Antusa Design Hotel & Spa hotel was a positive experience, primarily due to its excellent location and amenities. The hotel is centrally located, with major attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, The Blue Mosque within easy walking distance. Our room provided an impressive view of the Hagia Sophia. The rooftop restaurant offered panoramic views of the old city and the sea during breakfast. A decent breakfast was included. I especially enjoyed being able to order a superb Turkish coffee, which was the perfect way to get energized in the morning. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The spa center was a significant plus. It featured a traditional Turkish bath and offered a massage, which was excellent and came with a 20% discount for hotel guests. It was a great way to relax after a long day of walking. The only minor drawback was that the hotel is not brand new. You could see some wear-and-tear in certain areas, which showed its age. However, this was a small detail that didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

Fantastic hotel, location perfect. Really close to all the Sultanahmet sights, just a couple of minutes, a tram stop 3 mins walk away, and it's the most useful tram line for tourists. The staff are lovely, especially at breakfast. Breakfast is s delight, lots of choice, fabulous bread, bakery, cheeses, salad produce, and loads more, something for everyone, and more. The restaurant, where breakfast happens, has fantastic views of everything you will be going to visit. Room was nice and clean, nice big shower,and plenty of storage, even for me. Highly recommend.

Poor hotel transfer service, but I would recommend

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. We couldnt have asked for any better service. The breakfast wasn't up to standard and could have done with more options and better quality food. Staff don't speak great english, however this was made up by one supper friendlly staff who is a short old guy who was extremely friendly and attentive. Realy looked after us and kept asking if we needed anything and always had a smile on his face which made the difference! there is not much option for food in breakfast, however waiters do ask what you want and they go make it for you. I was dissappointed on the hotel transfer. when we arrived at the airport, despite us having a private transfer booked, we were made to wait with everyone else and once everyone was there, then we were taken to our private taxi, which did waste about 20 minutes of our time. Also when going back to the airport on our last day, I spoke to the reception and booked 5pm as transfer hours in advance. When it reached 5pm, I went to the reception to check where the transfer was, his reaction was like he had forgotten to book it. Then the transfer ended up arriving at 5:20pm which made us late to the airport and we didnt have time to eat before our slight considering my wife was pregnant. So overall our stay was really nice, just the breakfast food needs improvement and also the hotel transfer needs to be organised better as it can cause delays and then endup ruining the entire holiday. That's all.
