We loved staying witth you!! the only downside was that we didn't have anyone come in to make our beds or give us fresh towels the day before we checked out. In other words, no one attended to our room before the day we checked out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!! The breakfast was over the top! The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable1. It was a larger room than most Euopean hotel rooms. The cosignere's were amazing!!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Neorion hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything you might need. The staff was incredible, really welcoming and helpful. They helped us with bags, recommended cafes nearby, allowed us to check in a little earlier as our plane arrived early and there was an available room. I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience outstanding—special thanks to Mehmet, Farid, Jamal, and Meret. Their hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism were top-notch and made me feel very welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The only downside was the breakfast—it could use some improvement in variety and quality. With a little more attention there, this place would easily deserve a full 5 stars. We’ve stayed at this hotel more than five times, and the main reason we continue to return is the outstanding service from the staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Every team member we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it’s the breakfast selection. While it’s appreciated, the variety and quality could be enhanced to match the overall standard of the hotel. Despite this, the incredible service truly sets this place apart. We always feel at home here, and that’s entirely thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back again!
