I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is very safe, quiet, and convenient, with great shopping and dining options nearby. The room was extremely clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options every morning. Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. I arrived at 6:30 a.m. on a rainy morning, completely soaked, and was kept waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes. They mentioned that a room was available but still asked for €30 for early check-in, showing no concern for how tired or wet I was. It’s not about the money — it’s about the attitude and the way you treat your guests.

Really happy with our stay. Lovely hotel, decent breakfast and gym facilities. Nice modern room - only downside is the shower hadn't been cleaned in a while. Hotel staff were pleasant. Location - we didn't explore this area enough but did find some decent places to eat and have baklava which are cheaper than in Sultanahmet. We ended up taking taxis to the more touristy areas throughout the trip.

Nice modern hotel. Our room had one of the best showers I've ever had, and I really appreciated the note and fresh fruit basket -- with apricots! -- in our room. Staff advised us on taxi timing to airport and helped us with some language issues. Hotel is just down a hill from a cool neighborhood that I wish we'd had more time to explore. Highly recommend!

I was here for 4 nights. I have physical ailments and it was extremely difficult to maneuver through the front entrance due to the heavy construction. I should have been notified! I’m definitely not happy. I hurt my ankles trying to walk through the rubble. I also got stuck in the elevator….and it took several attempts and minutes to get assistance. Staff amazing . Check in fabulous easy hotel very clean and quiet .Modern will all amenities. Far from Istanbul city attractions but if you want to live relax and quiet best place . Good Turkish restaurant on walking distance. Breakfast Buffet fabulous. Their own restaurant is also nice . However I am thankful for offering such a nice service including fabulous breakfast
