Perfect stay

Exactly what we wanted we stayed at star city hotel to be close to all Arab restaurants and nightlife. It was also very close to tram line 5 minute walk and right across Aksaray metro. We also grabbed a bus from in front of the hotel to new Istanbul airport 18Tl each. Break fast was very good plenty of veriaties room were cleaned well small but enough for 2 people as with all rooms in Istanbul. Highly recommend this hotel if you like both day and night life.

The location was perfect. Just next to a metro station and 5 min walk to the tramway station. Many restaurants nearby. A mall within a 19 min walk. Very good staff, they speak arabic also.

** Hotel in American standards

It is a 2 star hotel in American standards. Bed is very uncomfortable and room is very small. Size of a cruise ship small room. Breakfast was excellent. They have a big buffet with about 40 different foods. Hotel is across the street from the Aksaray Metro station. It is close to center of the old town Constantinoupolis. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel more than a night. Because the bed is terrible. Very Very hard mattress.

I really enjoyed star city hotel Istanbul And it’s close to restaurants ,caffe shops malls Like historia mall and opposite is the aksaray Metro station and rear side of the main road is the yusuf pasa tram stop . The hotel staff are very helpful and professional especially night receptionist very professional and helpful, I really recommended my family and friends star city Istanbul And morning breakfast waaw very delicious Thanks all of star city staff 👍

内容はそれほど豊かなわけではないが、朝食付というのが嬉しかった。毎日ルームクリーニングに入ってくれ担当のおばあちゃんも気さくに声をかけてくれた。ベッドの硬さはまあまあ、コスパを考えれば相当高いレベルと感じた。 口コミに「スタッフの対応が最悪」ということがあって、気になっていたが、どのスタッフもとても気持ちよく対応してくれ、あの口コミを書いた人間に問題があったのではないかと疑いたくなるくらい我々に対しては気持ちの良い対応だった。

受付担当者の基本的能力が不足している。 能力不足の人材で、基本的マナーの欠如、不親切、無表情、傲慢、頭の悪さ、いわゆる寄せ集め素人集団と思われ、このホテルに泊まる際には、それなりの覚悟が必要。 施設は清潔、設備も良い。日本人はあまり利用しない方が良いと思います。利用するならば中国的感覚で、臨む方が良く、良き人材に当たる事を望むことを祈ります。
