I spent a week in this hotel and had a relaxed and calm sejour. Totally recommended for couples.

For the most part, it was good. They need to do a few fine tune ups to the room. Toilet flushing system not the best. The light on the Mirror not hooked up.

The atention was so good i really highly recomend the hotel

This was not a four star experience. The bathroom had no tub which I was expecting in a suite. In addition, the toilet seat was wobbly. We had a problem with the heat which took a long time to address. The bed was hard and the bedding was threadbare in spots. On the plus side, the breakfast was amazing and the unobstructed view of the Blue Mosque was a treat.

My husband and I stayed there for a long weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, but the bed was hard. There is also no view unless you stay in the top floor. Very close to tram stop and the sights. We felt very safe and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Great location and comfortable. Safe, clean and friendly staff. I love the breakfast !!! Nice view from the restaurant ! Close to the tram station. Great value!!!

Room wasnt so clean. Staff was rude. AC was working properly and filter was so dirty.

We were happy with Sarnic Hotel, and would stay there again. Check in and out was no hassle, even though our departure was early am. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and obliging to our queries, offering local information as well. The location was walking distance to the main attractions in this area, also to good restaurant areas nearby. The rooftop terrace is a must to sit, have a drink and take in the awesome view at night.

Great location, walking distance to most interesting landmarks. Very clean and lovely bedrooms but on the very small size. Breakfast is really good, lot of options but my complain is about the juice and coffe more about the juices they are machine juices and very very sweet and artificial flavor, coffe is good but machine also.

staff were not helpful. Hotel is overcharge, I do not think it is a 4 star hotel. loby is very small, i tried to cancel the third night, hotel manager refused and willing even to talk to me. receptionist were not helpful in addressing my request. Breakfast is all drie and mostly canned food. I was disappointed with the breakfast variety giving this is in Turkey. i do not recommend this hotel

The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of the old city. The room was very small, but I think it was on par with other hotels in Old City. My main issue was with the cleanliness of the bedding. They had these decorative sparkly pillows and throw, all of which were just dirty and had hairs on them. The sheets themselves were okay, but seemed really old and worn. Once I removed the decorative items the room was fine. The bed itself wasn't the best either. The bathroom was really nice as was the breakfast. It seemed more like a 3 star than a 4 star experience.

Great hotel for an american traveling solo with easy access to all major sights. Very helpful staff and a great rooftop to relax on after a long day of trekking around the city. The value cant be beat. Their English is great. Additionally, the guests tend to be friendly and the atmosphere is fun. Go to Istanbul and stay here!

This hotel actually has two parts to it. I stayed in the newer section for 3 days (Thur-Sat ). Saturday's stay cost 31% more than the other days. The room was tiny and shower a tight fit. I'm only 5'3" and my feet hung off the bed. (I've never had that happen before.) Everything in the room was new and clean, but had a dorm room quality to it. I could actually smell the sewage exhaust seeping in from the bathroom drain holes. Nasty stuff. For the remainder of my stay in Istanbul I stayed at a cheaper and much nicer spot named Erguvan right down the street from Sarnic.
