I booked this hotel for the value for money and good breakfast reviews. I would rate this a 3 star hotel with all hotel amenities. - the room was cosy and had everything I needed. I stayed for 2 nights and by the second night I got use to the size of the room. - the toilet would not flush properly. I had to hold it down for a long period of time to get it to flush. I dont think it was working properly. - the air con is far too cold. You will need to control the temperature of the room yourself. I was okay with this because it just requires you to turn it off when it gets too cold. - I could hear people in the corridor, a common issue in most older hotels. + the breakfast was buffet style and was so good I complimented the chef. It was amazing and worth staying just for the food. + location is convenient and close to all city attractions (Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia). Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel for the price and the breakfast food (AMAZING!!!) and I would definitely stay here again. It is worth staying for at least 2 nights.
this hotel it is very well placed, it is near everything. it is very clean , the furniture is new and the bathroom is very very big, i stayed at this hotel 2 times, and every single time i had a pleasant time. the breakfast is absolutly delicious, every time i ate a lot. the staff is also very friendly ..! i will come back for sure!
We’d originally booked another apartment further east in the old town but upon arrival we took one look and smell of the place and turned on our heels leaving us with nowhere to stay for the week. After a bit of searching from another hotel that didn’t have any rooms and the slowest internet I’ve ever come across we found good reviews for the Prestige so booked it online, jumped in a taxi and headed here. It was now getting late, we were tired and just hoping that the online booking website and the hotel matched it terms of available rooms. Upon arrival at The Prestige Hotel we knew we had made the right decision. Staff were lovely, spoke excellent English, although we know a smattering of Turkish and the hotel was clean and smart. Rooms were nothing amazing but they were modern, clean, a decent size and had everything we required including excellent AC that didn’t sound like a jet taking off and a spacious shower. Did I also mention it was clean? We sat on the crisp white clean sheets and I grabbed a very reasonably priced can of beer from the minibar and relaxed. Our holiday had started! We enjoyed a week’s stay here. The buffet breakfast options were extensive, everything was just right. The location is perfect for exploring the city with tram stops just round the corner and loads to see close by. It’s also not that much of a walk to the big tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar & Topkapi etc). I would highly recommend the Prestige Hotel, it’s a modern, clean hotel with excellent staff and perfect location for exploring the city. We will definitely be booking there again the next time we visit.
Pros: The room was quite good, the bed comfortable, the pool area very nice and child-friendly, breakfast ok but not very diverse, very friendly staff, some of them a bit oncoming thoug cons: The staff need to be more strict and shouldn't be afraid to tell people off at the pool area. Misbehaving children, littering people etc. were a bit annoying, wifi works fine at the pool area but nok at all in the rooms
I would like to stay again with my family for next time if i travled to istanbul .. I wish that the break fast will get more variety .. But the over veiw everything was good and like the lovely treatment from the stuff
Hotel in the city center, excellent location for knowledge big and egypt bazaar and sights such as the Laleli Mosque, Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and other, friendly and helpful staff, good and varied breakfast, clean rooms.
Helpful, polite and friendly staff, always prepared to help me with my problems. convenient location for business oriented people, but weak WIFI signal. I have used the offer from the hotel of free pick up from the airport.
When looking for the hotel price and location are very important for me. Hotel Prestige did fulfill both of these requirements. Staff was very polite and friendly, rooms were modernly equipped and decorated and breakfast was nice. However, it was quite noisy, we could hear other guests loud and clear, a/c was barely working and windows of our room were turned toward inner part of the hotel so opposite to our windows were other hotel rooms which meant that their A/Cs are on that side. Not only that they were causing noise they were also warming up the air so there was no fresh air in the room. We couldn't sleep at night. Overall it was not all that bad but there are better places to stay at in Istanbul for the same price as well.
We were group of 20 people we had three night in Prestige Hotel it was good for its category of three stars hotel . It has very good location near the center of the business and the grand bazaar the historical sights
The stuff was so kind and cooperate ... we feel comfortable during our staying .. Services are very good .. There was variety in the breakfast collections .. Helpful stuff .. The place of the hotel are suitable and nearby the transportations
