Friendly service combined with good cleanliness.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Certain issues with cleaning like not leaving enough toilet 🚽 rolls. Not leaving clean footmat. Bey friendly reception and superb breakfast. Would recommend ideal for exploring business and touristic area of Istanbul.

Just ok if room was booked in a very low rate

Have not stayed, management after some resistance worked with me dealing with my cancellation, I do not advise this hotel with people with kids, the area seemed loud and not touristic...Sulthana is 20 min away from that hotel, lightrail at 7min tons of place to eat...this is great for young poeple with small budget if they get this hotel at a competitive rate...if hotel around Sulthana area is about the same price then go wirh something else...as everwhere in Turkey staff was friendly and remained professional dealing with my issue .

I booked a double bed but was given three singles. I was there on my own for a night and could have used a good nights sleep three single beds which to me were equivalent to one single. The breakfast was ok and had good variety. Overall, the cleanliness was questionable which is why the breakfast was “ok”. The bathroom in my room wasn’t up to par, the shower was clogged and could have flooded had I not left within 5 mins. There was a damp smell. Only one towel was provided. 2 stars. If you aren’t a clean freak and just want to rest your head, sure - it’s a good place but nothing fancy. The neighbourhood was sketchy and I did not feel comfortable walking around, even in the morning. I had to Uber it to Old Town, as the walk is about 30 mins. The guy at the reception asked me to stay and joked inappropriately about why I was leaving as I was ‘nice lady’.

Friendly receptionist but a modest service

Receptionist is friendly. Price is reasonable at this rime of the year. Room is small. Housekeeping is not perfect and regular. Breakfast is acceptable.

Ожидание не соответствует действительности. Выбирала данный отель исходя из фотографий и могу точно сказать что стала жертвой удачных фотографий. Неплохая локация ( в шаговой доступности метро, скоростной поезд Мармарай и станция трамвая. Персонал дружелюбный здесь нет никаких вопросов. Номера оставляют желать лучшего. В первый день плохо пахло в ванной ( канализацией). Состояние полотенец тоже не очень. На все это еще можно закрыть глаза, но завтраки это полное разочарование ( бореки просто деревянные, яйца переварены), в общем есть нечего выбирая данный отель не стоит рассчитывать на завтрак,мы завтракали строго вне отеля. Однажды решили попытать свое счастье и снова спустились на завтрак, а там было всего три яйца и оливки( пишу это без преувеличения). В общем что то из серии ожидание- реальность.

Es ist eine 3 sterne cityhotel. Keine 4 sterne. Sauberkeit fehlt. Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Badezimmer groß und gepflegt. Lage der anlage sehr gut. Überall schnell erreichbar. Personal super nett.

Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht sauer. Bettwäsche war schmutzig und wurde nicht mal gewechselt. Aufm Boden lagen Haare. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Frühstück war ok.

Værelset vi boede i lugtede og rengørnibg var hver anden eller tredje dag. Det var tit hvor vi skulle sige til personalet at håndklæderne skal skiftes, eller der mangler toiletpapir m.m. Køleskabet i værelset virkede ikke. Morgenmaden var fra kl 7.00 til 10.00. Vi gik ned første og anden dag kl 9.00 for at spise morgenmad, men der var stort set ingenting. Vi valgte efterfølgende at spise morgenmad uden for hotellet resten af ferien. Da vi ankom forlangede horellet at vi skal betale for ekstra omkostninger til vores søn på 13 år, fordi han er over 6 år. Det underede os meget, for vi har hjemmefra betalt for alle udgifter inden afrejse.
