Stayed here while recovering from surgery. They had no shuttle service even though it’s listed on their website which is why I put 4 stars, and no laundry room. Overall the staff were great and accommodating for when my plane landed very early I was able to check in earlier. The suite was clean with a mini kitchen which I enjoyed using, it was a quiet hotel, great for recovery. The complimentary buffet was ok.

Nearly very good, but cleanliness an issue.

I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. Kitchen area - the sink had to be cleaned and there was foods remains around cooking area when I wiped a lot of tomato and oil on my cloth and I hadn’t cooked anything. The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

Stay Away From this Hotel

Stay away from this hotel! They never respond to your phone calls or emails! We were booked to stay in this hotel but due to Corona-virus spread all flights to Turkey got halted by Turkey government. So, we were not able to travel. Shockingly, this hotel refused to give us a refund for something that is out of our control! They took all the money and do not refund any of it. They even refused to change the reservation to another date or even giving us a voucher for future use. They are basically stealing my money and taking advantage of the the virus spread and the international crisis! I will work through lawful actions to get my money back!
