I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, clearly expecting a shared space for my group. However, upon arrival, we were given two completely separate rooms. This was not what we had reserved or needed, and it completely disrupted the purpose of our trip — we wanted to stay together as a family. When I raised the issue with the front desk, there was little acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation. No alternative options or compensation were offered, and it felt like the booking request wasn’t taken seriously. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable individually, that doesn’t make up for the miscommunication and lack of customer service. A 2-bedroom apartment is not the same as two separate hotel rooms, and this should have been clarified before our arrival.

Hotel novo, próximo de zonas turísticas

Hotel bem novo, a uma curta distância de taxi dos principais pontos turisticos de Istambul. Eles tb possuem um serviço conveniente de transfer para a PraçaTaksim. Apesar de não ser precisamente na zona turistica e é um pouco difícil de se locomover a pé, recomendamos para pessoas que usam mais taxis, pois a estrutura do apartamento é realmente ótima. A uma caminhada fe uns 10 min há um mercado e shopping para eventualidades.
