Know what room your getting before hand.

Originally they put me in a standard room when I paid for a luxury room. I brought this to their attention and they made up for this by putting me into a room that was a larger suite with a panoramic view. I was only able to use that room 3 days out of the 4 I paid for. They had me move to a standard room again for my 4th day but I once again brought this to their attention and they put me in the original room I had booked. Both rooms were beautiful it just was an inconvenience to have to change multiple times and it made me apprehensive about how they manage their rooms.

Cage like Standard Room

Very disappointed. We booked a standard room with two twin beds. The room was very tiny like a cage unlike the picture on the website. No view. A small window. However, a small TV on the desk. The hotel service was poor. We asked multiple times for a slipper and was not sent to the room or was not given at the reception desk. Not recommended if you look for a standard room that should be designed for two people.
