Room flooring needs an upgrade as they were stained and discolored. An iron should be added to room amenities which was not available.All TV features are disabled such as English subtitles and most options are not avaliable to turn on and cannot be changed to English. All TV options and features are in Turkish language. All TV channels are also in Turkish language. For Non Turkish speaking guests the tv is pretty much useless.

The hotel was well situated and not too far from the Bosphorus. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. All staff were very attentive, pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed everything there, the room which was well kept and clean also 2 bottles of water everyday. Staff was helpful, breakfast, especially scrambled eggs was very good.
