Receptionists are rude and lack helping your needs. Everything is no and or I don’t know. They don’t speak English. The hallways on my floor are always smoke smells and goes into my room vents. The breakfast is awful for 10€.

In a quiet street away from the main shops but all within walking distance. 10 minutes walk to metro station and around 15 minutes from main shopping mall. Nice room with a fridge and a great walk in shower. Great stay for my work and plesant staff. Would stay here again.

Hotel itself is good clean and nice vibe, but girl who works in the reception, so rude and aggressive Merve receptionist, she doesn’t help at all, when you ask for guidance she says look for written signs, we were slightly late for breakfast she was saying that’s your problem,we being good customers Tv didn’t work for couple of days, fridge didn’t work properly either doesn’t cool the drinks, so I ask we didn’t make any issue while all those staff didn’t work, once we were slightly late for breakfast you guys can’t accommodate she start to argue saying that’s your problem, so rude and disrespectful, that reception Merve shouldn’t work on customer care service from my opinion, other people was good and helpful.
