Great staff, but disappointing room experience First of all, during my stay at the hotel, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They were all very friendly, kind, and always tried their best to assist me. The reason I’m giving a lower rating is because of what I experienced after using the shower in my room. Water had accumulated inside the shower cabin and leaked out into the room, leaving almost the entire floor wet. For a newly built hotel, this was a big disappointment for me even my socks on the floor got soaked. Although the reception and maintenance team tried to help quickly, the damage had already been done. In addition, during my stay, there were about five power outages in my room, and the generator did not activate. Each outage lasted around 10 minutes at most, but it was still quite frustrating definitely not something you want to experience while staying at a hotel. These issues unfortunately affected the quality of my stay and are the reason behind my rating.

A great ‘first’ stay at Aloft. The room was nice a clean, a comfy bed, lovely shower and friendly staff throughout the stay and at breakfast. Thank you so much for the team at this new (two month old) hotel. It’s really well positioned too.

A Wonderful Stay — So Good I Extended My Trip!”

I honestly loved my time at Aloft Hotel near Galata. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and at home. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always had a smile — it’s rare to find such genuine hospitality in the middle of a busy city. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to Galata Tower, Karaköy, and Beyoğlu, with so many great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel itself feels modern, comfortable, and full of energy. My room was cozy, clean, and quiet, with everything I needed for a perfect stay. I actually enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay, which says it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul — it’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great service.

El hotel está nuevo, por lo cual su condición es excelente. La ubicación es muy buena por cercanía, pero la calle se ve fea y sucia. Pero se ve que están remodelando edificios y va a quedar muy bien en un futuro. El servicio excelente!!!
