There is no elevator in hotel we have to go 4 floor with luggage by stairs and come and they give us room in different property which in not in hotel its separate apartments building and in morning we have to go to hotel again top floor on number 5 on roof top for breakfast again stairs in main hotel. I wish if i have option on day first i will move some where els but i m with family and kids. So i have no option.

Pictures seem from a different place . Awful arriving at night and they didn’t have a room for me . They took me to another hotel infested with roaches . I couldn’t sleep the whole night bc l felt them crawling up on my legs and my whole body itched bc there might’ve been bedbugs. Filthy ! Even motel 6, can be a 5 start hotel compared with this one. FILTHY !! I have pictures to prove it , GRAND HOTEL ALMIRA, it was . I expect a refund ??

Die Bilder sprechen die Beschreibung überhaupt nicht an! Die ganze Beschreibung ist eine große Lüge! Die Betten sind schmutzig mit verschiedenen Flecken. Die Unterkunft liegt genau innerhalb eines Markts wo es laut ist. Wahrscheinlich ist das Personal nett, aber die Lage ist schrecklich. Ich habe eine Beschwerde an Expedia geschickt, bis jetzt habe ich keine Rückmeldung von Expedia erhalten, ich finde das auch nicht in Ordnung wenn eine berühmte Seite wie Expedia nicht schnell darauf reagiert.

Als wir ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es kein 4 Bettzimmer gibt. Wir bestanden auf unsere Buchung. Er hat uns zwei Doppelzimmer angeboten. Allerdings mit Aufpreis von 100Euro. Dies lehnten wir ab. Darauf hin bat er uns mit zukommen in ein Hotel nebenan es waren 500 Meter entfernt. Das Zimmer dort war sehr einfach nicht was wir buchten .wir bestanden daraufhin im anderen Hotel die beiden Einzelzimmer zu nehmen ohne Aufpreis.Wieder zurück im anderen Hotel bekamen wir die Einzelzimmer gezeigt und der Gestank und Hygiene war unerträglich. Daraufhin hin haben wir entschieden uns andere Hotel zu gehen wo niedriger Standard aber wenigstens kein Gestank war. Das war das schlimmste Erlebnis. Frühstück im anderen Hotel war auch Katastrophe

Nachts um 2 angekommen, hieß es dass ein Zimmer einen Schaden hat und wir somit nur ein Zimmer von zwei haben. Nach ewiger Diskussion hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Manager unser Zimmer für mehr Geld einfach weitergegeben hat mit dem Kommentar „naja, ihr hättet ja einen Unfall haben können“. Als Alternative wollten sie uns in ein anderes Zimmer bringen, welches letztendlich kein Strom hatte. Das ganze Gebäude hatte keinen Strom (es war das einzige in der Straße) - wirklich unfassbar!! Expedia sollte das Hotel rausnehmen, bodenlose Frechheit wirklich.

Das Hotel hat leider keinen Fahrstuhl um die schweren Koffer zu den Zimmern zu bringen. Der Kleiderschrank ist viel zu klein und somit mussten wir aus den Koffern leben. Das Zimmer auch recht klein. Ich würde es nicht noch einmal Buchen. Es ist natürlich nur ein 3 Sterne Hotel
