I had a family emergency and didn’t et to go to the hotel, i called and checked with Expedia and the hotel almost 24 hr before the check in and they didn’t cancel and refund even though not a part of a refund, they didn’t honor me as a valued customer i don’t blame the hotel totally but i blame Expedia service not taking care of me

Location was perfect - maid Emel was not only efficient she was friendly, charming & made my stay feel more homey - young lady receptionist was ever so helpful & pleasant - young barista was so cute & endearing - l stayed 2 weeks & was very happy - sorry I cannot remember all names - would definitely recommend

We wanted to stay near the Grand Bazaar in a non chain hotel. This fit the bill very well. The street in front is closed to cars after 10am, so we did have to walk about 300 meters from the taxi with our bags. Room was very quiet. Couldn’t even hear the calls to prayer when we slept.

The location is really great , however keep in mind since the hotel is located at busy area , it makes it difficult to access by car or taxis !

Very poor customer service. There was a wifi issue when I arrived during check in time and the receptionist told that they would send somebody to check. I had to go downstairs to check when I found out no body was going to show up. When asked for bottle of water, the receptionist guy had asked me to get the water from the cooler in the dining area (lower floor from reception). What kind of customer service is this?? Disappointed with the overall stay. I would recommend you to hire more people and train on customer service instead of overworking the existing staffs. As for proximity to the tram it is good.

Wonderful !

Wonderful overall, hotel new and near Tram and metro both app. 200 meters and food store " Migros" nearby . take tram and visited GLATAPORT: new outdoor upscale shopping and for ship viewing( ships going to Black sea)and also can take ferry (city ferry/official every 20 minutes)to Uskadar (Asian side) 250 meters.we will go again and use same Hotel.!

very central location, right next to the Spice Market and within walking distance to all attractions. comfortable bed, nice breakfast (with Turkish options). The room was quiet at night which is important. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great Doner places to eat right outside of the hotel! Would stay again!
