Номер очень маленький, состоял из двух комнат. Одна около 9м2, вторая 7м2 (буквально односпальная кровать с узким проходом). В нем было всё время душно. Открытое окно помогало, только пока было открыто. Периодически приходилось его закрывать так как через него попадал запах кухни, которая была на 1 этаже. В другой комнате запах из окна был почти постоянно. Дышать было тяжело из-за духоты, возможно этому способствовало ковровое покрытие на полу. Завтрак скудный и заявлен с 7, но по факту начинался с 7.20 или 7.30. И это подвело в последний день, когда надо было выезжать утром - хлеб принесли в 7.40, но мы уже опаздывали - ушли голодными. За все время пребывания у нас ни разу не убрались. Там и убираться не где, но добавить туалетку то надо было. В целом все как то неряшливо сделано - около кровати торчали провода на скрутках с изолентой, в санузле тоже какие то косяки. Мелочи, но они общее впечатление создают.

Perfectly adequate hotel opposite Metro

Check in friendly. Wanted to carry my bags to room, but I'm not old yet. Room was fine, perhaps needs more care and a refurbishment soon. Noise from back area from a cafe. Noise insulation poor, as is normal with Turkey. Suggest ear plugs. Opposite Metro station. Breakfast was fine, bit chaotic though. Would happily stay again as place was fine.

Great Location, small rooms, unhelpful staff!!!

The hotel location is excellent, just across the road from the Aksaray Metro station, a very lively area. However, the hotel staff are very unhelpful, for example they see you carrying your luggage on check in & check out, but they don't move a muscle to offer help!!! The rooms are small and need maintenance, but to be frank when we told them to fix somethings in the room, they did it the same day. The breakfast is very basic, needs improvement in view of additional options, but serves the purpose.
